Character ImageAnd so concludes our second week of free-to-play related special events. I'd like to thank our event officers for dedicating so much time over the past few weeks for nearly two solid weeks of special events. It's been a blast and I look forward to continued fun over the coming weeks and months.

Secondly, welcome to all of the new faces (or, more accurately, voices) in the fleet. If I'm honest, we weren't expecting so many of you in such a short period of time. Nonetheless, it's great to have you all on board and we're pleased to see that many of you are settling in quite nicely. We've seen an influx in traffic over the past week, and hopefully that bodes well for both us and Star Trek Online as a whole.

Looking forward, keep an eye out for more special events in the near future. We'll be holding some celebratory second anniversary events for Star Trek Online in February, as well as events around the release of the upcoming Featured Episode series. Further in the future, {UFP} will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary in early May - so look out for a wide variety of events both in Star Trek Online and elsewhere in the fleet.

I encourage anyone who is interested in helping out by running events to look at the Open Positions forum. We're always looking for more people to help us run events on a weekly basis, and the need is bigger than usual now with the influx of new members. So if you're interested, be sure to apply!

Once again, thank you to both event officers and to everyone who attended!

Adventure while in The United Federation of Planets

Nothing like going to school at the Starfleet Academy and learning new things while in the UFP.

Then its BEACH time..hanging out on Risa with the gang. Catching some waves and watching Aliens do the dance of Mok'bara. While others drowned there friends in the surf !

Had a BLAST and was great to see EVERYONE do the conga line and then do a Fleet PVP..We had 20 people play in a mass space and ground event..Thank you to those of the SFC for showing up and being part of STO and being part of an event. Was great fun and HOPE to see more of you in the game.

<-- See, I made some smilliey faces in my post.

Thankyou for Fun, I can only imagine the amount of time which went into organising such an event.
