Id like to say as a returning member I think {UFP} has a special quality that no other clan past or present has ever been able to replicate. Within the guidance of the founding people who see that {UFP}s unwavering enthusiasm within the Star Trek Community remains and supports not only the fans but also the gaming platforms that support us! When I first joined many moons ago, {UFP} was already an impressive feat with many members and an out of this world forum system to match. Now coming back after all this time I think the stats that {UFP} holds within the community, its members who have stuck with no doubt through some hard times and its website and forum system that is second to none, is credit to every last member who has helped make {UFP} what it is and what it will become.
I like to think of myself a little like Captain Janeway when she returns back to earth after many years and stares in awe at earth and what it represents after 7years away from it. This same feeling after nearly 3 years away from the clan has given me that same awe when seeing the membership base and the website and that same feeling of home!
This is a feeling nowhere else could replicate within the star trek community and what draws us all to come back...
Thanks to all the members who make this possible and to those who literally pour their blood, sweat and tears into making sure {UFP} is what it is today
So heres not just to another 10 years of {UFP} but hopefully to its infinite existence!

Thanks {UFP} for 10 amazing years, though I have only been apart of it for 3, its still been totally awesome!!!

Those 3 points are big milestones each.
I'm proud to have the privalege of being a member of such an awesome gaming group. Couldnt imagine being part of a group with nicer people either.
Romulan Ale is illegal in the Federation but i think this warrants an exception.

Interesting. There have been no replies to my question about members who have been with the fleet for the entire ten years. Does that mean there are none, or did they choose to not answer. Personally, I'd like to know who these pioneers are so we can show our appreciation for starting what is now the premiere Star Trek gaming community online and will soon become the premiere fan-based Star Trek community online.

The original founders of this clan when it was known as FlyByNight, have long gone I'm afraid, there's very few left from the first year really in which this clan existed. What I will say though is that John Hathaway and Alex L. remain the most prominent at least, members who have been around since the time the clan formed in its first year.

10 years - an entire decade - is a very long life time for any online community. For a gaming clan it is the absolute exception. For a pure Star Trek gaming clan.... well we might very well be the only one in existence.
Such an achievement is reason to be very proud and speaks highly of leader and membership past and present.
I am a member for over 4 years. In all this time I had not a single moment or regret being here.
This fleet has a special spirit, one that I have never seen before in any online community.
With this spirit and such a dedicated membership, I dare to say where are still going to be here in another decade.
Long live the {UFP}!
