Promotion issue

I have successfully completed the entrance exam and according to the automated private message I received, I am eligible for promotion to full member. When I go to the page to request the promotion(http://ufplanets.com/stopromotion.php) I am given the error that I have not signed up for any fleets, when in fact I have. Edit: I should mention that I have only signed up for the KDF fleet and not the Federation one.

Hi there,

You may not have signed up for division memberships on the forums and that might be the reason you're getting the error.

Click "User CP" then scroll down to the "Division Memberships" button, click this to see if you have signed up for House of Kular and if not, you can update this from that page.

Let me know if that solves your problem or if not, let me know anyway and we'll look into it further.
