    =/\= Priority One Message from the Defence Department =/\=:

    The Borg have returned to the UFP; and in stronger numbers too! If we're going to successfully fight them off this time around we're going to need something short of a miracle. Orders have been dispatched across all subspace channels in Federation space: Shoot to Kill.

    Starfleet Intelligence reports show Horizon and Kotar Station to be the Borg's central target for a complete take over. If we're going to get through this, we're going to need all the support we can get to build up our Starbase's defenses. As most of our ships have been sent to patrol our protected colonies, we predict that the Klingons, Orions and even the Tholians might take advantage of the situation and raid our Starbase for resources. They're getting desperate too.

    Starfleet Command has asked that all Starfleet Captains fend off these incursions at any and all costs. The fate of the quadrant may depend on it.

    For this coming week we have issued a fleet-wide list of missions, based on strong Intelligence reports, as to where our enemies plan to attack.     ALL PERSONNEL - Transmit your coordinates on any SECURED channel and I will visit you all at the same time to distribute transphasic torpedos. The Temporal Integrity Commision has deemed that our intervention is required and that Transphasic torpedos are weapons suitable to this timeframe.

    Bah, the Borg are no match for the combined might of the {UFP}'s elite!!!!!

    P.S. Any chance you could reschedule or create some events that occur a little later to accomodate those who would normally be unable to attend these because of being in the wrong time zone? Im sure the Borg will notice this gap in time zones
