Linking STO to PWE account

Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue as me.

Hadn't got round to creating a PWE account, now my Cryptic account is forcing me to. Going through the motions prompted by the STO website. It populates the form with my user name, I enter the rest of the details including date of birth but every time it says it can't create an account for those under the age of 13. Now considering I'm over 30 I would consider this an error. Submitted a ticket to PWE following the link provided, got a confirmation a week ago but not heard anything, and of course can;t access the forums to look for other solutions.

Not getting annoyed at all. Anyone got any ideas?

Well I've had several answers from PWE 'customer service'. All of which repeat themselves and don't deal with the answer.

Still can't seem to create an account really seems to have it against me, keeps refusing an account saying I'm under 13!!! The answer I keep getting from PWE is to check the FAQ page which doesn;t mention this issue, or to check the ticket on the website, a ticket I can;t access because.... I can;t create an account!!!

Really getting hacked off now. Was going to buy shed load of points to try and get myself some ships but that ain't going to happen.

had to go on a work marketing and promoting course this week. wanna guess how many 'rules' of customer service they're ignoring at the moment.

A silly question, but I assume you're using the correct date format when entering it into the form, right?
Did you enter your correct birth date into your Cryptic account, or did they think you were underage there too?
