need a photoshop wizard to help me

i have an image hat I need cleaned up, it has a watermark across it, so if anyone can remove the watermark or recreate the image without it I would be very grateful

There's a reason watermarks are there, Chugster. It's called copyright. A quick google search by the copyright holder and you'd best hope you have a lawyer.

And for the guy who made the logo in the first place, I'm not about to demean and cheapen my own profession.
