If you are not a Full Member in the in game fleet, you can become one by taking the Entrance Exam which you can apply to take here. Some of the perks that come with being a full member are as follows:

Full members get 3 deposits/withdrawals per day.
Being eligible for the command courses and eventual ability to apply for CL4 and 5 roles.

If you have an interest in helping out in an officer position within the Division then be sure to check out the open recruitment for Battle Officers here! Perhaps you are the next General Martok to lead our battle hardened warriors into battle!
