Thanks for the query, I believe all of the spelling in that document is British English rather than American English.

Although we do have members from across the world we do use English as our primary language, our current leader is LynxMukka who is English so for the majority of formal documents I would expect to be written in British English, that said we do have a number of North American English speaking officers so many of the documents they create will likely be in American English.

As far as I am aware so long as UFP documents are written in English there is no rule or standard enforced as to what variant of English should be used but I could be wrong, the FAB department might be best to speak to if you wanted to clarify that.

Hello, I've been out of the system for a while. I was reading the forum and some spelling anomalies caught my attention. This makes me wonder where the author of the following page on the forum is from?

What I noticed is the word authorised is on the page many times. I know this is the European spelling of the word authorized. If this is incorrect I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention.
