A special event on BC's Launch Day

For now I'm just planning on a casual PvE event. If we get some even sided interest, perhaps change it to PvP.
If we get an influx of interest for the Tournament idea, perhaps host an Actual Tournament in March as well in honor of BC's 16th Anniversary.
