Starfleet Academy is pleased to announce our next new member welcome session to be before the UFPAC and other festivities (Saturday, September 27th, 2014 from 19:00 - 20:00 UFP Standard Time). This event is specifically designed to welcome and introduce all prospective members, existing cadets, and recently graduated members to the greater UFP community. Attendees typically include several members of the Academy staff, community veterans, member representatives, various command staff, and you - the new member.

Welcome Sessions are casual social events, lightly-structured, and very relaxed. If you are apprehensive about attending or unable to use a microphone, you can just participate via text! We try to make these events as friendly and fun as possible and they often encourage new members to integrate and learn about the community at a much faster pace. Many new members form their first friendships here! All you need to attend is TeamSpeak 3 - again, a microphone is not a necessity.
