Mission Summary:
While it is the Klingon celebration of Kot'baval the Federation can also do it's part by participating in a glorious battle against worthy Klingon adversaries! Will run either the Starbase 24 or Klingon Scout Force events (or both if enough people are on hand).

Mission Specific Requirements:
Level 10 and a ready to have fun attitude!
