Many actors in the main cast of Discovery have been snapped having a meal together, or rather, sitting with empty plates infront of them! There's possibly food arriving later, though there are defiantly starters on that table. This is one of the earliest cast photos we are going to see, but no doubt there will be more and plenty with them in uniform. Many cast members will probably get photographed in Name: DiscoveryMealPre.jpg

In related news, Michelle Yeoh, who was at the dinner photographed, received the Commander of the Legion of Honour. This is the highest honour awarded to a non-French citizen to be awarded by the President of France (François Hollande). In 2007, she was awarded with the Knight title, then Officer and now she has reached the highest accolade she can, for a non-French national. The award is for those who provide exemplary services to France or support French causes. While the title of the medal does not match that of her on screen rank, I'm sure she is pleased to have received it anyway!

Discovery is hopefully set to be seen later this year, but release dates have been moving around a lot, what we do know however is that there has defiantly been work on shooting the show. While it's small news that the cast is eating together, it shows they must be working together, this is good news for the progress of Discovery, just a matter of time till we see the final product now!
