For PC gamers, there is the upcoming Season 14, titled Emergence, which will become available from the 3rd of October. Currently, there is also a featured episode called "Beyond the Nexus", in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Star Trek: TNG. The episode features La Forge, who will be a prominent character in the upcoming season. So there is certainly that to look forward to, and there's certainly not long to wait.

Season 14 will begin with an episode called Melting Pot, where players will team up with LaForge and Kuumaarke to the Dranuur Colony somewhere in the Alpha Quadrant. This colony was establish by the Kentari and Lukari species. With this will also come the first large-scale holding since the introduction of the fleet system, there will be five tiers of progression within the holding. Smaller fleets will struggle to keep up with larger ones, but armadas should help to offset this issue.

There will also be a new Red Alart for players to join, two new fleet holding defence queue, a colony map and special event on players personal colony maps. If you have specialisation points hanging around still, there will be a new primary spec called "Miracle Worker", which features new bridge officer powers. Details of all of these will come out much closer to the release.

Back to the topic of the TNG Anniversary, as well as the special mission they have put together, there is also the Galaxy-class interior, which you can purchase to 2,000 zen, this interior has a number of decks, as with other canon interiors added and will give your ship a much nicer feel. Finally, there will also be server-wide giveaways on September 28th, with one of my favourites, the Skant uniform and the Type 7 shuttle.
