    The Acting Fleet Admiral rank just denotes the highest ranking person in the fleet who is available to contact if Hathaway isn't available.

    Normally, if Hathaway wasn't available for a few days it's unlikely that the VFA rank would be assigned to someone. However, since nearly all of Starfleet Command is unavailable for the next few days, it was felt to be worth it.

    So.. I'm curious, Does Sharpkiller get promoted to Vice Fleet Admiral when this is all done, He has done a Great job keeping the Forums up to date (not to mention working on the website info as well). He deserves props for a job well done, and it would be nice to see a Vice Fleet Admiral before the new changes take place Tongue Out
