Highlighting the changes is something that everyone requesting a signature has to do. We ask for requesters to highlight the changes because of the amount of signatures that need updating every week, it's very easy therefore to make a mistake.
In any case I'll make sure this is done on the next batch of signatures with the changes you've highlighted for him.
