As mentioned previously, it has recently been decided that as well as the usual awards that can be granted at every United Federation of Planets Award Ceremony, it would be good to have a few other awards that members could be given in recognition of their efforts that may not necessarily be given as a usual award.
So, you're wondering what these Best Awards are all about?
Well, we have 4 awards that fall under the Best category, all of these to highlight a particular member in regards to something. I'll go into detail on these in a moment. The winners of the awards shall receive their very own UFP avatar pointing out the fact that they have won and the ability to mention they're a winner in their signature.
For this particular award, we're asking you to nominate on who you think deserves this award the most for each category, you may if you wish nominate as many people as you like however we recommend if you want to do this, to keep it to a maximum of 3 nominations.
The deadline for voting is Friday the 4th of December 2009, so get those votes in! The Best awards shall be distributed to numerous individuals at the next United Federation of Planets Award Ceremony in December.

Best Forum Addict - VOTE NOW
The final best award is best forum addict which does indeed include a variety of things combined into one award. Essentially, we're asking you to nominate who you think submits top quality content in their posts and is excellently active on the forum in general. Perhaps this member uses the profile comments feature a lot, or is regularly seen on the forum Online list.
I must stress that this award does not include post spamming as a criteria, emphasis is instead placed on the content of the post rather than the amount of posts for the nominations put forward for this award.
