Greeting Officers of {UFP}
I have over the past couple of months processed the Command Course grades incorrectly.
I did in error work to the rule the officers that got 100% pass on the Command Course that they were promoted to the rank of Ensign.
I have been informed today that it was in fact incorrect and the pass grade of 80% awards you the rank of Ensign
The errors have been fixed and the ranks of the following officers have been set in ensign:
