    Just preorder the special edition. Not had anything to do with the beta, so no idea what server i'll be on. Not sure how much time I'll have either, still got SWTOR sub going but barely looked at it recently due to time. However, GW was what got me into MMO and I loved it so got to check it out.

    While I don't know which world the rest of you will be setting up shop, me and a few IRL friends will be playing on Far Shiverpeaks (EU).

    There are several good things about GW2;

    - You can "Guest" on another server other than your own, full access to PVE content, no sPVP or WvW
    - You can be a member of multiple guilds at the same time across ALL characters
    - Guild Membership is based on "Account", not character.
    - In the first week or so of launch, server transfers will be free, and transfer all your characters

    I got my copy, was toying around with the different professions and weapons, and finally settled on Guardian actually. Not sure what world I'm on. I just kept trying a server till I got in on one.

    So do we have a (semi?)official guild up? I'm Dark.6083, on Tarnished Coast. Trying to settle on a main, got a norn guardian and sylvari ranger thus far. Liking ranged, not liking having to watch a second life bar. Giant hammer is fun, though, but I want a gun!

    Yes to the Semi official guild, it'd never be official due to the fact that GW2 isn't Trek :p but myself and Mr Seeker have established a guild on Blacktide named Emínence, which is currently running rather well
