Why do you think it isn't? It's a fact that it's healthy. Pure milk of course, not some kinda milk powder chemical etc. But original cow milk is very healthy.

-The amount of calcium milk provides is negligent when compared to the amount of calcium that your body has to use in order to process the "animal" proteins in milk
-The animal proteins and fats in milk and other animal based foods have been linked by extensive research to stomach and colon cancer, prostate cancer, diverticulitis, and hypertension
