    Is there a way to tell the faction of a DOFF on the exchange? Some DOFFs, such as Hirakene, are listed in the wiki as being usable by both factions. Actually, it seems that they are ACTUALLY the faction of the person who opened the box.

    I bought Hirakene earlier today and wasn't able to assign him to any DOFF missions even though he was listed as Reserve in my panel. I'm guessing that he came from a box opened by KDF. On the exchange, though, I see no way to tell which of these multi-faction DOFFs I can actually use.

    Right clicking a doff will show additional information, the Rank gives away it's faction.

    Also the background image of the doffs portrait shows which faction it belongs to although it's not always visible.

    For this particular Duty Officer, yes. It's +10% All Damage vs Borg in space.
