Just walked past the newsagent and saw this. Anyone know if it's any good?

Been after a few nice models for my desk. I know they aren't going to be amazing replicas but looks respectable for the price. Liking the look of the plaque if you subscribe.

I have a subscription with them, received my Enterprise D yesterday, and I think the model is really nice! Its not to big, not too small, has some really good detail and comes with a decent stand that is ideal for display.

I cannot wait for the future releases but that is just my opinion

Just picked it up myself Enterprise D in the box but the model looks spot on really good attention to detail in the decals. Far superior to what Crytpic have managed in game, oh why did you make one of my favourite ships so ugly and useless Cryptic? Why?

I got my Ent-D sitting right next to my monitor and it looks great, looking forward to the B'rel in Issue 3 and the K'tinga in issue 7

And yeah Chris if only the model in STO looked that good

The UK and Germany are typically quite big markets for Star Trek. They might be testing to see how it does in the UK before wanting to commit to America. You can probably import it pretty cheap though.

Aww, I would love to get my hands on some high-quality models, I remember as a kid I had cheap plastic ones when the tv series was in full swing and Star Trek toys were all over the place in the stores. Now the online thing I could find today is a box-kit model of the Enterprise C, at least when I goto Wal-Mart lol...

But I checked out the website myself and yea, hopefully they expand to USA. I'd be interested if they did.

Also saw this on their facebook site, it's a teaser poster and in the comments section they say they have 70+ ships planned and that all the ships on the image are included.

I think I will subscribe (long enough to get the dedication plaque) then cancel my subscription and just buy it as and when there is a ship model I want.

US release is expected to be October. For other countries you can register your interest, so I am guessing if they get enough interest they will look at distributing to those countries.

Am really liking the look of the dedication plaque. Not too fussed about the Borg Cube and I've always hated the 'Galaxy X'.

If I were some kind of Star Trek product manager at CBS I would sell replica plaques on the website as well as custom ones.
