FLEET ADMIRAL REPORT
COMMUNITY CHIEF OF STAFF REPORT
- LynxMukka reported on a few of the developments, including emphasis that wording should now be 'community' when used to describe the UFP rather than a fleet etc.
- The UFPAC is being conducted tomorrow evening.
- The SFA CO position is currently open and accepting applications.
- LynxMukka cleared up the UFP tag changes on TeamSpeak, relating to the fact that we've now dropped clan tags ({UFP}).
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE REPORT
- Mikester92 welcomed Bill to Starfleet Command.
- Mikester92 thanked Starfleet Command for their UFPAC Recommendations that were submitted.
- He updated everyone on the audit process that occurred and what will be involved with the Federation Council, which would be a CL4 led team, with a Federation Executive member overseeing the process. Please listen to the recording for more details on this.
- Certain administrative functions are going to be revised in the near future, as also raised in the New Website Announcement thread.
SECRETARIES OF TECHNOLOGY REPORTS
- Sharpkiller, updated everyone on the new website and for people to use the bug thread to report any issues they see.
- There are projects on the horizon, in terms of the new News area of the UFP, a new ticket system to put into the Community Support Centre and a new Downloads page etc.
- Sharpkiller mentioned that certain projects to improve the site are on the horizon, in terms of a new way to issue community alerts etc.
SECRETARY OF SOCIAL AFFAIRS REPORT
- No representation provided.
STARFLEET DIPLOMATIC CORPS
- Ben Hurley mentioned that there will be an Ambassadors Ball on the Fleet Starbase in STO during the UFPAC tomorrow, in which members from gaming fleets have been invited.
- A treaty was attempted with Jupiter Force, but they declined the offer due to not wanting to get involved with political matters.
- There is going to be a Battle of the Houses event soon.
STARFLEET OPERATIONS REPORT
- Jake Tyler introduced himself, and started to talk about Recruitment. He thanked Chris Halsey and the Recruitment team for their efforts in further promoting the UFP externally.
- He emphasised the one month policy is still in effect - this is where if a member has been inactive in the in-game fleet for over 1 month, they're removed from the in-game fleet. Once they return to STO activity however, they're free to request a new invite without the hassle of the first time. (Members are not removed from the UFP we have to emphasise also)
- Progress on the Starbases continue as well as the dilithium mines.
- Three of Seven updated everyone on the staffing situation in the division.
- Wixiban announced himself as the new Quartermaster for the SFO Fleet Banks.
- There will be a UFP Auction held in the next few weeks.
HOUSE OF KULAR REPORT
- Activity remains normal, although there was a boom because of the Romulus expansion. The events are going to be on the up as some new Battle Officers come into play.
- On the point of Fleet Holdings, Dodgers would like to encourage every member with a Klingon character to chip in.
ELITE STRIKE FORCE REPORT
- Kains introduced himself and welcomed Bill, the new Executive Officer of ESF.
- Over the last few months, we've seen changes in Recruitment, making it a little smoother and easier.
- There have also been some changes to training procedures, again, marrying that back to more of its original intention.
- The Black Ops team has been reviewed, more news on that soon.
- Squadron 47 will be re-launched shortly, with Cehus taking the leadership role for that.
STARFLEET HARRIERS REPORT
- McClintock briefed everyone on himself, the SFH command team and what it gets up to.

- The division is still looking for new blood for members to participate and run events.
STARFLEET ACADEMY REPORT
- LynxMukka provided the report on behalf of Silynn. There were several updates with regards to the RSO system, related to the updating of information, bringing on more RSOs and formalising the way that RSOs contact and help new members.
- The department continues to work on changing the way we inform members about the one month removal policy from the STO In-game Federation 1st Fleet.
- The Commanding Officer position is currently open and accepting applications until Monday.
FEDERATION NEWS SERVICE REPORT
- Bondgadget introduced himself and mentioned that the Federation Herald was delayed due to some issues, but an annual edition will be released in around December 2013.
- Bondgadget also told attendees, how FNS will be conducting itself regarding Star Trek News.
- There was a podcast thread being made, with a lot of interest, however when it came to applications, none were received from members.
CL5 & CL6 members had nothing to raise.
No member issues were raised.

- The UFPAC is occurring tomorrow evening at 21:30 UFPTIME.
- STF Sundays, take place every Sunday at 19:00pm UFPTIME
