PRESIDENTIAL REPORT
- LynxMukka started with a thank you to all attendees, and reminded everyone of the UFPAC that is taking place tomorrow.
FEDERATION COUNCIL REPORT
- Dentari introduced himself and encouraged attendees to apply to join the Federation Council if they feel it's something they'd enjoy.
- The council recently voted on ensuring better transparency so that all proposal discussions and votes will be accessible from CL3 upwards.
- Planning has begun with regards to the setup of the first UFP Olympics event.
- There was discussion regarding the election of candidates for the upcoming two terms.
FEDERATION NEWS SERVICE REPORT
- Cehus, put up a thread this week in the Community Announcements area, so that members can submit their questions which they want to ask Cryptic.
- The UFP RSS feeds are now available and therefore our social networks are now automatically updated whenever a new story is posted.
- We're currently in the process of obtaining approval to join FlipBoard, which will allow people on their mobile devices to read the latest Star Trek news and Community news.
- The UFP podcast is looking to start development by the end of next month. If people are interested in helping out, please contact Cehus or Torinth.
- A new news tip form and forum has been created, so that if members have suggestions of news stories which they think should be covered, can submit. https://ufplanets.com/forms.php?do=form&fid=85

CHIEF OF STAFF REPORT

STARFLEET ACADEMY REPORT
- Silynn briefly said that some recruitment for further RSOs will possibly be taking place in the near future. Things appear to be running smoothly.
SECRETARY OF SOCIAL AFFAIRS REPORT
- Lazereth will be working on the PR development plan for next year. The plan will involve expanding our social media in order to make more internet users aware of UFPlanets.com. We'll also be in contact with other Star Trek communities, making olive branches, to make ourselves known amongst other big players in the Star Trek online arena.
- Finally with regards to this, Lazereth will also be looking to schedule more community events, including social media competitions and raffles etc.
- Secondly, Lazereth is currently looking at how feedback is currently dealt with in the UFP, finding where the current flaws are and where we can streamline the process while improving the membership experience.
- A new feedback survey will be added onto the next Roll call for July, in order to highlight where the current stance is with members and the UFP.
HEAD OF STARFLEET REPORT

STARFLEET OPERATIONS REPORT
- The SFO team have been working hard to train up for the EF Disintegration Tournament that is starting this weekend.
- With regards to in-game fleet policy, the inactivity removal timeframe has changed from one month to two months. This means that any members with characters in the in-game fleets who have been inactive for one month, will no longer be removed.

- NeoTrident talked about a new influx of guides, in order to make sure that every resource is available for members so that they do not need to go to external sites to gather their information. If people have their own guides that they wish to write, then do get in touch with the SFO Command team.
- The third fleet will have its final upgrade made available tomorrow, after which, all fleet starbases will be complete.

HOUSE OF KULAR REPORT
- Dodgers introduced himself and firstly announced that he has a new Executive Officer for House of Kular, Novalance.
- Dodgers firstly apologised for the rather small number of Klingon themed events over the past couple of months, due to several reasons.
- The division has taken on Rayne over the past few months and the division continues to search for more battle officers who would be interested in leading Klingon events in Star Trek Online. https://ufplanets.com/showthread.php...g-30-June-2014
- The HoK Reserve Fleet dilithium mine is about to receive another upgrade. The main HoK fleet is fully upgraded and has been for quite a while.
- There is a tag team bat'leth tournament, and PM Dodgers with your interest, so long as you find a fellow partner. There will be a nice selection of prizes.
ELITE STRIKE FORCE REPORT
- Bill introduced himself and Ashley, his Executive Officer. With regards to updates, they recently added a new squad leader, Phoenix, so he will now be able to train up new recruits.
- It is bonus marks weekend, so hopefully everyone is enjoying that. You can get more marks by doing ground based missions, but either is good.

STARFLEET RESERVES REPORT
- Adster said his report will be relatively short. His main point was an update on Star Trek Renown, which is the latest Star Trek Bridge Commander Serial Roleplay. Episode 3 has been pushed back to this Monday. All of the episodes have had consistent attendees thus far.
- The Elite Force elimination tournament ended a few weeks ago, with the winner being Sammygm.
- Progress is being made on strategem, so rest assured that is being worked on. Sometime next month, a sign-up thread will go up in which people can express their interest.
- Finally, Adster is currently looking for a Simulations officer, who is the event officer responsible for roleplay events in RPG-X etc.
No one had anything to bring up.
Flicky wanted the recent debate with regards to the Federation in-game fleet uniform to enter the TeamSpeak channel. There were several minutes of discussion with the general wide feeling of there not being a need to change the uniform.
No member issues were raised.

Sorry I couldn't make it, folks, and fellow Andorians. Looks like a good meeting. I would have liked to have been involved in the uniform discussion, but in due time!
