MAJOR NEWS OR ANNOUNCEMENTS
Meeting marks the start of the UFPAC weekend.
FEO passing more discussions to the CL5s to get more feedback.
Roll call currently being discussed on the current procedure.
NeoTrident has stepped down for the Starfleet Academy Role due to real life commitments.
FEO is about ready to introduce a new code of conduct and general rules, to combine everything into two documents, in a few weeks to a month.

Slack is being introduced across the board with CL5 and CL6 level, desktop and mobile apps are available for Slack.
QUICK UPDATES
Cehus (FNS/OEA): Changes coming out for the article format, the CO spot has opened for the OEA, applications close on the 2nd of April. Link to advert.
Jordan (FEO): Nothing to report.
Sharpkiller (FEO): Nothing to report.
Ashley (HoK): Continued to see increasement in attendance and amount of HoK events, currently looking for Battle Officers. A poll has been posted up for people to vote for their favourite KDF races. Next champion standing bat’leth tournament announcement to follow soon.
Bill (ESF): Anyone who has any suggestions for ESF to do, send a PM to Bill or Keenan.
Fallen (SFHolo): Making progress on naming ingame guides for supported games, recruitment threads to go up for these games. Members to keep their eyes out on upcoming polls from the Holodeck. Still recruiting for Event Officers and Quartermasters.
Keenan (ESF): Nothing to add from Bills statement.
KerryMalone (SFO): Based on feedback and activity results on holdings, projects will be going up twice a week on all holdings in 1st fleet and just weekends for 2nd fleet. Cranker announced as new Away Team Leader. Still running an SFO survey which closes Tuesday next week. In game banks to be monitored more closes due to recent violation of the rules.
Novalance (HoK): The HoK reserve starbase Is coming along well, within a few days the reserves will have the Tier 4 Military upgrade which will open up lots of fleet credit chances for all members. Recruitment is coming along quite nicely and we hope that we can keep recruiting new people into the House of Kular.
Sammygm (SFHolo): SFHolo will be reaching out to N. American players to recruit event staff.
Silynn (SFA): Announcement of four new RSOs. Caymen Greener, Jonathan F-G, Mayrheane, and Nidrock18 have all joined the RSO and Academy Team.
Three of Seven (HoS): The Reserves will be heading back to a CL4 supervisor role with a job advertisement coming up within the next month. The relaunch of the SIMMS text based roleplay.
Wixiban (SFO): Recruitment in the STO forums for all members to help bump the threads and keep the UFP at top of the recruitment page. Crafting release section for both SFO and HoK for members to request for crafted items within STO.
REVIEW OF PREVIOUS MEETING ACTION POINTS
Action Point: CL6s previously asked to be more active in recruitment threads, this hasn’t occurred at this point, CL6 to be more active in recruitment threads, to be brought up at an FEO meeting in the future.
Non-Commissioned ranks to be added to the achievement system, this is work in progress, can be followed up as part of a report from engineers.
Cehus to send a response on feedback, this has been completed.
New deadline for UFPAC nominations to be 5th March, this has since passed but was completed.

Channel Rooms (Additions), Channel Descriptions (Purpose & Special Rules) - Review/Revamp for SFHolo activities/etc.
Action Point: Holodeck to experiment on how many places they would need for additional TeamSpeak room.

SUPPORTING THE LAUNCH OF HOLODECK Brought up by Silynn
Majority of user base is from North America, but polls don’t attract a wide response.
North America players often spread on multiple servers, efforts made to try and bring them together to provide as much as possible.
STO Message of the Day to be used as a way to promote a variety of polls.
Action Point: Follow up on any efforts that have been made to do this.
CL5 OPEN FLOOR
Event System Discussion - clarity of events and event image banner selection.
SPECIFIC MEMBER QUESTION
Proposal system being used for small scale changes such as requesting new events, if it can be made more clear on who to go to for smaller changes. Change of wording could help prevent some proposals going up.
Idea to nominate someone who might be able to guide the idea before it’s approved/rejected.
Idea to have someone review a proposal before posting.
Discussion of RSOs and they can be helpful to new members in giving advice etc.
