Guide: Fleet Faeht Intel Warbird [T6]
The Faeht Intel Warbird is the pinnacle of Romulan engineering in terms of stealth and maneuverability. It even matches or out performs the incredibly agile and stealthy T'Varo Retrofit in these areas. It is equipped with a Romulan Enhanced Battle Cloaking Device and Active Sensor Arrays. The former allows the starship to cloak even while in combat with the ability to briefly decloak and fire projectile weapons, and the latter allows the intel craft to gather information about their target to expose a vulnerability. This guide is designed to help members of the community who fly the Romulan Faeht Intel Warbird improve their DPS. I run this fine vessel on my Romulan tactical character who has parsed this build at 30K DPS on several ISA runs.
Warp Theorist

Are you married to that torpedo? You'd likely get better results going all-arrays with minimal change to how you fly.
In any case, with a Leech and two Flow Cap consoles, you ought to consider trying to fit in the Nukara offense trait. Your Aux power is likely to be high and it'll give a considerable buff to both your energy and projectile weapons. I can't find the formula, but I see Vel'gon mentioned in passing on reddit that at just 110 Aux power it already gives a 5.5% Cat 2 bonus, plus whatever to Accuracy. If you're not blowing up constantly like fireworks at the fourth of July, you may consider dropping Nanoprobe Field Generator for it. Between ST3, TS2, and EPtS1, you probably don't need it. Alternatively, Precision may be worth dropping to your eventual 5th slot instead, as a Rom should have plenty of Crit Chance already.
I'm also under the impression that Iconian rep pieces are now the best choice for both offense and defense, so you may benefit from changing from Borg to Iconian there.

Indeed dark thank you for your comments. I am currently in the process of attaining the new Iconian rep set, almost at T5. I'm going to update this guide with alternative setups once I have completed a series of ingame tests and optional setups.
I have 3 of the 4 pieces I need for the alternative setup (3 piece Iconian, Romulan Engine) just waiting on T5 for that shield.
For this specific setup I am married to the torpedo, I have been saving up EC to try and attain another [CrtD]x4 antiproton beam array and crafting MK II beams hoping for a CrtDx3 is proving to be a grind for crafting resources but that will be part of an alternative setup.
Unfortunately this build makes the ship pretty weak. Sacrificing survivability somewhat for all out DPS. Unfortunately to address the issue and maintain survivability a bit, I have to go all out on healing. The LT.CMDR science stations helps alot, the SciTeam III and TSS II help alot.
The goal here is setup several different variations of the same basic build to provide options for those that like Torpedoes and those the prefer Beam boats.
I would be very interested to listen to any other suggestions you may have for improving this guide and thus the build.
Since you're running beam arrays as opposed to DBBs up front (suggesting a broadsider) that omibeam might be hurting your DPS due to the loss of CrtD modifiers. When I did the same thing on my old Ar'Kif it was suggested I was costing myself around 2K. Maybe the fact you've got it to epic would offset that.
I've also heard some whispers that with the Morrigu's trait, the assimilated console/KCB 2 piece combo might no longer be necessary, thus allowing players to go 'full beam'. I do stand to be corrected on that, though.
Your skill tree is al so key factor to increase and survivability , u need 9 points in electo plasma systems, unless you are all out torpedo boat, at least 6 points in driver coil, you don't any points in internal damper, these days and a few other tweaks to max your dps and survivability. If you put them on sto adacamy, I make the tweaks for you. What I do I take your boat and parse it and show what u could get out of her. Currently I got 71.9k out of my shim and 66k out of my oddy, some of it was due to changing my skill tree. Also atm, I would recommend max your sci slots with all embassy sci plasma consoles cause they are broke that And FAW its insane damage results.

I placed it in a PUG and achieved 50K DPS, even thought I got killed twice!
Please note piloting and tactics are other important factors in achieving high dps scores, having all the toys, will not guarantee you with super high dps scores, but it does help along the way, its part of the recipe.
For ease i have added a skill planner link of my current Feaht Build (My rommy is a Borg) so I have to work harder

I'd love to pick your brain on where I could allocate points, since I'm considering switching to a beam build I'll have some extra points that I could allocate to driver coils or Electro-Plasma systems.
