Today, Bill is standing down as Commanding Officer for the Elite Strike Force, he has served the command team since August 2013, when he was named as Executive Officer, in March 2014, he was elevated to CO. He has shown great dedication to his role, but has now seen fit to pass the torch onto someone new, in which I would like to welcome Ross to the role, who has brought enthusiasm to the division and an overwhelming amount of advice for all the members around.
This should not be the last anyone sees of Bill though, I do expect him to still be around, perhaps he can share a few of his own words! I'm sure many others have a lot to say as well, so I shall end my rambling with a thank you to Bill for all your hard work over the years and a congratulations to Ross!

Always a good day to see former officers of mine move up, or on, to other challenges. It was a great pleasure to work with Bill, not just because of that voice and the 'sure thing Kains' to whatever my latest nonsense was, but because of that general courtesy, professionalism, and the honest desire for everyone to have fun.
I dunno if I have mentioned this before, but when his name first came up to be XO (Which was to fill Three's boots, so let's be honest here, that's a lot of work! They are very shapely and heels are brutal) my reaction was "THE Bill? Doctor Bill?" I figured there was no way this guy could fit the time into his schedule of being a dad and a doctor. Not only did he do it, but when my own schedule became far too much for me, he took to the position of CO with style (And not just because of the baritone, I figure there is a swagger there.)
Thanks for all the hard work Bill!
Now, as for Ross... you have some work ahead of you mister. Looking forward to what you pull off with my precious division . It had better be good.
In all seriousness though, good luck man. It can be a wild ride, full of good times and bad. Dealing with the glamour and fame can be hard, just stick to your guns and be honest.
