I have a bunch of Prisoners to unload and I know where to turn them over. I just don't know how. Apparently I don't have the adequete DOFF. Sorry, I know this is asked all the time, but which DOFF do i require to start the assignment (type and qualities) ?

like i said, I know where you can turn them over. space dock, ds9. but I don't have doff to complete the assignment which requires unruly. I don't know where to find these doff except the exchange. but asking price is too expensive

If you talk to the security officer, you can turn over prisoners regardless of their traits, I think it requires 3 prisoners on the Fed side? The reward is pretty useless though.

Eh? The Security Officer mission to turn over prisoners don't require Unruly. As I recall, Unruly is a Failure trait. You just trade in any two prisoners to get nothing good in return.

Optimally, prisoners are supposed to be saved for "Exchange Prisoner" assignments, but I haven't been able to find any of those (aside from the DS9 one for the Dominion prisoners) since the Sector Space revamp.

You can still select them for the mission, manually just like the admiral ships, it will give you something like 60% chance for success and something like 25% and maybe 5 crit? i don't remember the actual numbers
"sell prisoners to orion slaves" that requires another 3 prisoners, this assignment gives you gold pressed latinum that you can use in other assignments.

Assignment: Transfer Prisoners to Starfleet Command - 5 dil its under current map

Federation and Klingon:

Assignment: Negotiate Prisoner Exchange - its under current map it gives you Random duty officer blue at critical, green at succes
Assignment: Exchange Prisoners with Dominion - i think you have to be around bajoran space maybe? i know it poped for me a couple of times it gives you blue doff?

Assignment: Forced Labor Requisition - this one gives you 500 dil for 4 prisoners this are its variations:

Assignment: Consign Prisoners to Colonial Labor Battalion -its under the security officer and will give you 1000 dil and 2500 if you crit, needs 10 prisoners and you have to be at this locations:
Inside the Council Chambers of the Great Hall in First City
In the central area of Ganalda Station
The Promenade replimat near exchange entrance on Deep Space 9

If im not mistaken there is also a chain "Facility 4028 Figitives" for the federation in case you want more federation prisoners (as a fed, usualy around klingon space if i remember right) for the klingons you get a ton just by doing mauroading missions.

Also the prisoners will stay in your brig till your assignment is completed. If you just want to get rid of them because they take space you can also sell them on the exchange.

There are probably other misssions that i don't know yet or some missions maybe changed location? i haven't run trough all of them lately.

Alternatively, you could also donate to fleet projects if you got a lot of them. However, you'll miss the dil reward that some of these other projects to turn them in. I'd have to agree with Three that the project to turn them in the reward is too small.
