Firstly, a big thank you to everyone that took the opportunity to provide feedback to FEO and the other areas of the UFP community! We rely heavily on member feedback to help us conceive of, develop and execute changes across the community and the more feedback we get the more we can ensure we are taking the wants and needs of the community in to account.

Secondly, just a quick reminder that you don't have to wait until Roll Call to give feedback on any aspect of your UFP experience, you can make use of the FEEDBACK FORM at any time to let us know what you think and to influence positive change and growth. Please do make use of it because your feedback really is important and helpful, it is much easier for us if we know what our members need and want so please help us help you!

FEO'S JUNE APPROVAL RATING: 96%
FEO'S MARCH APPROVAL RATING: 93%

For this quarter FEO's approval rating came in at 96% which is an improvement of 3% on the prior community survey results, the results show that we are definitely moving in the right direction and hopefully we can maintain that performance going in to the next quarter. You don't have to wait until the next Community Survey to express your opinions though, please do make use of the FEEDBACK FORM at any time for any feedback you have to give and help us help you!

Dentari seems to have disappeared

The demands on Dentari's time are quite formidable at the moment so he isn't as currently as visible as normal, rest assured though that he is still here and is still doing his job.

it must be customary for the president to never be on

Whilst most members probably aren't seeing Dentari as often as usual he is on daily. In Dentari's absence you are more than welcome to reach out to any FEO member directly if needed and you can make use of the feedback form at any time.

I really like the way this community is going now that Dentari is now our supreme overlord Wink

Not a fan of it in the past. Need to confirm this is still the case to change my opinions.

We're sorry that, for whatever reason, you haven't been pleased with FEO's performance in the past and that we have been unable so far to change that opinion. If there is something that members aren't happy about then we really do need those members to tell us what it is, without knowing about problems we simply can't address them. Running a community this size with the resources at our disposal as well as full time commitments elsewhere is a taxing job, the quantifiable data that we have shows that the community continues to perform strongly but we really are keep to improve things so if you do have concerns please do let us know!

It's improving

We're happy to hear you feel that way, if there is anything more you can tell us about how you feel FEO is improving it would be helpful to know, the more we know about what it is members like the more we can do it.

Good to see that the good old tradition of presidents disappearing and doing nothing is still strong!

We'll have to agree to disagree, whilst Dentari isn't currently as visible as normal he is still here on a daily basis and is still performing his duties. In fact at the time of writing this he is on the forums and in TeamSpeak.

I love how well the community continues to conform to great standards, as well as to set new ones.

We're glad that you feel that way! If you have any specific feedback on what you're most happy with please do let us know, the more we understand about what it is members like the more we can do to ensure what we do is in line with that.

Communication, guidance and motivating with postive feedback definately has room for improvement

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment, we're always looking for opportunities to improve, is there anyway that you could be a little more specific about the faults you have found with communication, guidance, motivating and positive feedback so that we can look at how and why our efforts have fallen short and what we can do to improve?

Since Dentari took over as President, there has definitely been improvement in the way FEO conduct its business. Jury is still out on overall improvement with the old guard now gone, but I remain optimistic.

We're glad that you feel that FEO is improving and are happy that you are remaining optimistic before making a final judgement on the current FEO's performance, if do you ever have any feedback that you think would help us to further improve please do let us know!

Would love to see more being done by FEO and see more of FEO

Quite a bit is currently being done by FEO but feedback we have received in the past has suggested that community members don't want to hear too much about what is being worked on whilst it is still at an early stage so we do try to balance what we communicate about what we are doing with what members are likely to want to know and when they are likely to want to know it. The recent COMMUNITY MEETING was a great opportunity to learn a bit more about what is being worked on and Community Logs are due to make a return soon, both of these should provide members with regular updates and the ability to question and feedback on those updates.

As for seeing more of FEO, FEO members are on daily. We try to be on as often as we can but we all have full time obligations outside of UFP and it can be difficult to balance the two, whilst we could spend more time socialising and gaming with members doing so would leave less time for us to work on the community and as you can see from some of the feedback that is still something we need to improve on if we are to make and keep everyone happy.
