    DrainX is primarily for Leech (and thus power management), EPG for if you're a science build with Exotic Damage. If you have neither, then DrainX to help resist drains.

    Increase or Decrease threat depends on if you're designing a tank or not.

    They're only potentially useful if you're a dedicated tank, and even then there's likely much better consoles you could field.

    If you're a Rom Tac, you're probably going for damage and these are not useful at all.
