K-13 is now on Tribble, and with it, a lot of new goodies!

Since there's a lot, and seemingly more than the other holdings, it seems appropriate to make a compilation of everything gearwise.

NOTE: All prices are with the Tier 3 dilithium mine reduction unless states otherwise.
Advanced Fleet Weapons

Space & Ground Weapons:

Ground Weapons unlock at Tier I in the K-13 Retrofit track.

Space Weapons unlock at Tier II in the K-13 Retrofit track.

These weapons cost 10,000 fleet credits, and 3,188 dilithium for ground weapons, and 8,500 dilithium for space weapons.

These weapons come in Phaser, Disruptor, and Plasma variants, and are fleet variants of already lootable TOS weaponry.

They come in all variants from the other holdings, and this includes both space and ground.

TOS Bridge Officers:

Bridge Officers unlock at Tier III in the K-13 Retrofit track.

These bridge officers cost 160,000 fleet credits and 34,000 dilithium each.

There are many new bridge officers to get, which include all of the TOS Species - and two special BOffs.

There are two special bridge officers, an Andrea Android, and a Dr. Brown Android (both from episode: What are little girls made of?), the latter of which is currently bugged. They are both engineers and you're only limited to one of them on your character.

Each bridge officer from K-13 has a trait called K-13 Survivor. This trait comes in three flavours.
K-13 Survivor (Tactical): This trait provides a +10 boost to Accuracy and Defense.
K-13 Survivor (Engineer): This trait provides a +10 skill boost to Impulse Expertise and Electro-Plasma System Flow
K-13 Survivor (Engineer): This trait provides a +10 skill boost to Control Expertise and Drain Expertise.

Superior Traits:

These traits are unlocked as you improve K-13 itself.

These traits cost 18,000 fleet credits and 3,400 dilithium each.

They provide a 50% increase of stats over the regular version of traits.
For instance, Astrophysicist boosts three skills by +10, whilst Superior Astrophysicist boosts them by +15.

These traits come in every flavour from your starting species.

Duty Officers:

Rare Duty Officers are unlocked at Tier I in the Retrofit track, Very Rare are unlocked at Tier II in the Retrofit track, and Ultra Rare are unlocked at Tier III in the Retrofit track.

These officers cost 30,000 fleet credits each at Very Rare.

New types of Fabrication Engineer duty officers have been added. They come in uncommon, rare, and very rare variants.
Uncommon officers have a 15% chance to activate.
Rare officers have a 20% chance to activate.
Very Rare officers have a 25% chance to activate.

These officers have a chance of boosting "most skills" by +2 when a bridge officer ability is activated, and it stacks 10 times.

They come in four variants, which affect how they boost your skill. As they are a fabrication engineer, you're only limited to one of them.
Ensign Variant: This variant has a chance to boost your skills when activating an Ensign tier ability (such as, but not limited to, Tactical Team I).
Lieutenant Variant: This variant has a chance to boost your skills when activating a Lieutenant ability (such as, but not limited to, Feedback Pulse I).
Lieutenant Commander Variant: This variant has a chance to boost your skills when activating a Lieutenant Commander ability (such as, but not limited to, Eject Warp Plasma III).
Commander Variant: This variant has a chance to boost your skills when activating a Commander ability (such as, but not limited to, Attack Pattern : Omega III).

Kit Modules:

These kit modules cost 18,000 fleet credits and 3,400 dilithium.

Five New Kit Modules have been added, from various episodes of The Original Series.

Universal Kit Module - Kligat (from episode: Friday's Child)
Throw a Kligat that is guaranteed to critically strike your target.
It does a large amount of damage, and has a short cooldown. Additionally, it always critically hits and has 100% Shield Penetration.
This unlocks at Tier I in the Xeno-Tech track.

Universal Kit Module - Kelvan Distillation Belt (from episode: By Any Other Name)
A fragile hold that applies a large -Damage Resistance debuff.
The hold breaks if the target takes any damage.
This unlocks at Tier II in the Xeno-Tech track.

Universal Kit Module - Staff of Landru (from episode: The Return of the Archons)
It does AOE damage in a 10 meter 90 degree cone.
It also confuses enemies caught in its radius, and its damage has 100% Shield Penetration.
This unlocks at Tier II in the Xeno-Tech track.

Universal Kit Module - M-4 Drones (from episode: Requiem for Methuselah)
These drones can shoot enemies with quite impressive damage.
This unlocks at Tier III in the Xeno-Tech track.

Universal Kit Module - Nomad Drone (from episode: The Changeling)
This fabrication itself can't do much damage, but it's a mobile buff machine. It can apply Quick Fix, Equipment Diagnostics, and Shield Recharge on yourself (and your allies). It can also repel enemies that come close to it.
This unlocks at Tier III in the Xeno-Tech track.

Xenotech Consoles:

Consoles that boost resistances unlock at Tier I of the XenoTech track, consoles that boost turn-rate unlock at Tier II of the XenoTech track. Finally, consoles that boost power transfer rate unlock at Tier III of the XenoTech track.
These consoles cost 50,000 fleet credits and 8,500 dilithium.
These consoles boost two skills, as well as providing a 5% cooldown reduction to all bridge officer and specialist abilities.
There are 9 variants,which all boost two different skills.

The different skills that boosted by these are Resistances (similar to a Neutronium console, albeit a lot weaker), Shield Hardness, Power Transfer Rate (weaker than an EPS Conduit), Hull Penetration, Hull Regeneration, and Flight Turn Rate.

TOS Bridge Officer Abilities:

These manuals are unlocked at Tier III of the Retrofit Track.

Due to a bug, the pricing of these PADDs (100,000 fleet credits) is incorrect.

These bridge officers come in most ability variants, though higher tier abilities (such as FBP, GW, attack patterns etc, as well as lockbox skills) don't have a TOS variant.

Mechanics wise, they're functionally the same as their regular counterparts. They just have an updated visual.

So far, that's everything I've found in the new holding. Some things (like the holding outfit) aren't functional yet, additionally I have some prices missed off since I didn't log them down last night.

I'll continue to keep this updated with more stuff (and pictures), as well as what tier each thing unlocks at.

My opinion about this holding is that except of the Superior Traits and the Xenotech Consoles for engineering heavy ships there is not much there that's worth to buy.

Here's a video that details some of the interesting stuff, I especially like the DOFFs that have Inspirational Crewman, which gives a boost to Ensign, Lt, Ltc, and Cmdr abilities (depending on your build, if you use certain rank abilities a lot, like Tactical Team 1 on escorts for example, those DOFFs would boost the use of Ensign abilites). Pair this with the Insprirational Leader trait, and you can start getting some nice power ups if you form your build right.



Ofcourse, this is still on Tribble, more stuff might be added, changed, or taken away.

I am not going to waste a Doff slot for a 25% chance that something is going to happen special when there are doffs that will boost my build much much more and Inspirational Leader is not that great either and is not as much used in highend builds as it was before.

The next big update that includes K13 is called Agents of Yesterday – Artifacts and will hit holodeck October 25th

The mission continues for Star Trek Online: Agents of Yesterday! On October 25, captains will have access to Agents of Yesterday – Artifacts, an update to the last expansion that introduces a brand-new episode and story arc that will carry Star Trek Online through the next year, a Star Trek: The Original Series-themed Starbase Fleet Holding, plus all of the new modern lighting upgrades that were recently featured in the console version of the game.

The newest update to Star Trek Online begins a brand new story arc that will start an adventure that runs through 2017. Captains will be reunited with the Lukari, a warp-capable species originally introduced in Season 11 that seeks to expand their exploratory efforts. Players will accompany the Lukari on a mission to an alien solar system, where they will discover the joys of exploration, the dangers of unknown space, and begin to unravel a mystery that will have long lasting consequences.

Agents of Yesterday – Artifacts also includes the return of the Starbase K-13, which was lost during Agents of Yesterday to a temporal anomaly. This space station will be available to all fleets as part of the new Star Trek: The Original Series themed Fleet Holding. In addition to our new story episode and this amazing new fleet holding, the update will feature upgraded lighting and graphics, designed to improve the overall visual quality of the game. These modern lighting technologies recently debuted with the Xbox One and PlayStation®4 releases of the game.

Well, as an avid TOS fan, I will choose to disagree! I am VERY excited to see quite a bit of this... and hope to be named Commander of the UFP K-13 upon launch! ! !

I DO have one questions about the new weapons. Do the space phaser weapons come in blue rather than orange???????? PLEASE say "YES!"

I wouldn't be so sure, from what it sounds like, the Methuselah drones are currently one of the best things you can slot for your ground gear!

Those kit modules are definitely going to be a great addition to all the weird stuff on my ship.
