FLEET T6 - INTEL SOVEREIGN CLASS - TACTICAL[TOP]

History Of The Ship Class:


The Sovereign-class was introduced during the early 2370s, and was, at the time, the most advanced starship design in the fleet, though not as large as the Galaxy-class starship. The Sovereign-class USS Enterprise-E was built at the San Francisco Fleet Yards and was launched from that facility on stardate 49827.5.

The Sovereign class' first major engagements came in 2373, when the USS Enterprise saw action in the Borg incursion into Sector 001, and was instrumental in the destruction of the attacking cube.

While the Sovereign-class was not a key player in the Dominion War, such vessels as the Enterprise-E spent time during the war putting out diplomatic "brush fires" and extending the occasional olive branch, as the Federation Diplomatic Corps were busy attempting to put an end to the war.

Sometime after the Enterprise's mission in the Briar Patch and before the engagement with the Reman warship Scimitar, a refitting of the Enterprise-E took place. The major changes included five additional torpedo tubes and four additional phaser arrays. A slight change in the warp nacelle pylons was also implemented. The Enterprise was able to deploy these new systems in 2379, prior to its mission to Romulus.

Final conclusion:

Well what shall I say about her, she is a beauty, she fly's like a goddess and she stings like a hornet.
Both the Intel and Command Sovereign are great ships and perform equally.

Thank you for posting this, Bridger! I really like it.

If I may ask a question about the consoles (I am sorry if this was asked before in some other build thread): Why do you use Conductive RCS Accelerator with [EPS]-Mod. Is it just for a better turn rate and wouldn't there be a better mod to use?

I'm also curious about what other players of the new Archon Class use as engineering consoles.
Do you have a suggestion for other useable consoles that might be a little easier to get? Right now I'm using Assimilation Module and Bioneural Gel Pack because I don't have Plasmonic Leech (I know it's a MUST), Bioneural Infusion Circuits or Timeline Stabilizers.

There are two reasons why to use the Conductive RCS Accelerator [EPS]:

1.) It allows me to turn faster, that was the obvious part why to use it.

2.) With the EPS mode it has a build in EPS Flow Regulator that allows my Subsystem Energy to be restored faster and this equals in higher DPS numbers.

3.) This crafted console allows me to use two consoles in one slot.

You will notice that your problems with Plasmonic Leech have been solved (check your mail), other consoles to use would be the following:

1.) Sustained Radiant Field

2.) EPS Flow Regulator

3.) Zero-Point Energy Conduit

4.) Get rid of the Assimilated Console and Cutting Beam, they have been fixed and will be worthless with the next patch.

At last I have my T6 sovereign. I like what you have done with this Bridger. I'm thinking I'm going to stick my tactical in her and try for a pure DPS build.

Well it is a pure DPS build, I run the same build on my Tac and he does a 150K+ unfortunately nothing engineers can do right now.

They have different rarities, and the rarity is not a factor, the only important thing are the Traits.

On the Romulans you want to have Superior Romulan Operative and for the rest I think there is no choice to make.

For certain consoles or traits that are only acquired by buying other ships/lobi/lock boxes, are there any good substitutions?

For instance, I don't think I have most of those starship traits. I also mostly run AP, though I do still have an old set of [Borg] phasers from back before reputation changed to the current system.

The Energy type of your weapons is not a factor, the mods are the key to success, so simply change the weapons and Tac consoles and replace the
Quantum Phase Converter with Polymorphic Probe Array for Antiproton Damage or Sustained Radiant Field for more damage plus healing.

Let's see you could use the following Starship Traits:

Improved Critical Systems
Unconventional Tactics
Improved Pedal to the Metal

When it comes to consoles most stuff should be "easy" to get:

Conductive RCS Accelerator [EPS] is crafted so try you luck or use 1x Turn Rate Console and 1*EPS Flow Regulator
Timeline Stabilizer is from the last Anniversary Ship grind the free ships most o the time they have useful stuff on them
Quantum Phase Converter is available for free
Bioneural Infusion Circuits is from the Lobi Store for 200 Crystals or opening 50 Boxes if you are unlucky
Plasmonic Leech is from the Exchange but also no expensive as it was

Thanks to Bridger for his help with this build! I setup my ship as best as I could, with a few differences (just for play style mostly) and tried out Infected (Adv) today. On my first run without really knowing how to work every skill in the proper order, I still hit a higher DPS than I have ever before. Not quite the 100k Bridger had, but higher than my previous 25k in the T5u fleet version!



Now I just gotta figure out the rotation...
