Hi UFP!
I was here once before about 2 or so years ago. I had to take a leave and it lasted longer than I anticipated, but here I am again!
I wanted to acknowledge how well organized, structured, and managed this community seems to be and say that I genuinely appreciate it as the Trek lover of at least 20 years that I am, and I know it isn't easy. I do my rounds as an administrator at a philosophy community called Temple of the Jedi Order, and just to give you an idea - its an online church... talk about needing your head in the right place to keep things in check for something like that! Hopefully what I have been learning during my time there can be of good value here with anything I have to contribute and help with.
Offline, I'm a full-time single father and soon to be moving from the states to the UK to begin running a rock music school with a close friend of mine.
Online, I occasionally play STO, Elite Dangerous, or Skyrim mostly.
Life circumstances willing, I hope to be around here on a regular basis for a while and to get to know many of you over time.
Thank you for the warm welcomes I've gotten so far. It means a lot!
