[Three of Seven]

Greetings and happy holidays,

For those who attended the UFPAC, you will be aware that we have added two new FEO members to the team, KerryMalone and Sammygm have been brought on, they will be taking on the roles of Community Development (Kerry) and Community Gaming (Sammygm). With this change, we are also changing FEO back to admiralty ranks, this won't affect any chances of promotions, anyone CL3 or above can still achieve the admiralty ranks! We want to make sure that everyone still gets the same feeling.

The title of President is renamed to Fleet Admiral, Vice President to Vice Fleet Admiral and Secretary changed to Admiral. No ones ranks are effected by this change, just FEO members gaining Admiral ranks. The ranks of Fleet Admiral and Vice Fleet Admiral are position dependent, so if I step down, my rank would be reduced back to Admiral, this change is in line with the Fleet Admiral position being voted upon by our CL5 SFC members, making it more accessible than the previous President title.

Jordan chose to have the Rear Admiral rank and this was accepted, as strange as he looks, it's what he wants! And who can deny him that right. Other FEO members are free to chose their own rank between Commodore and Admiral, but the default FEO rank is currently Admiral.

We will see SFA and Holodeck positions going up for applications soon, the Head of Gaming deputy will be reposted by Sammygm, when he is ready to do so.

Now, we shall move onto the December feedback for FEO from the roll call, I don't have the approval rating for September for comparison, so this point is now our base point for future feedback!

December Approval Rating: 94%

It's fine. At times it seems a little stagnant, and Dentari appears all but totally absent the majority of the time. I'd argue the community should bleed by someone who can dedicate the time. Otherwise, no complaints!

We have had changes since this was written, so I hope that feeling you have of stagnation will subside! I do personally have a list of things I plan to get done and discuss with FEO and SFC. I look forward to what you have to say next quarter.

Dentari should step down, and hand the title of President to one of the FEO members who IS ACTUALLY AROUND

It was unfortunate that Dentari couldn't dedicate the time he wanted to, but those changes have now happened.

I would say on the whole, there has been "some" improvement, but as an entity - its not doing very well. Some individuals in FEO are active, communicative and productive. Some simply appear to exist. I dislike levelling criticism at any one person, but there does seem to be no "top down" management.

Top down management does exist to an extent, projects often involve multiple parties, with someone leading it. While we had a moment where not much was getting done and passed through the system, I do hope to be able to change all that and hopefully you will see greater improvement! One of my key aims is to try and get things done that members would like to see.

I don't know how it is run. I have seen no negative impacts however.

Each FEO member supervises an area of the UFP, so the Head of Gaming is responsible for all the gaming divisions and staffing the CL5 posts there. My role is to plan the direction for the whole community and make sure FEO is working as it should.

Nothing new for this quarter.

Still give the appearance of an elitist group at times but I believe they have come a long way in squelching that theory.

I would like to know what we can do to change that, I have made efforts to try and meet/speak to as many members as I can. Everyone is welcome to send me a message and start talking to me, I do want to hear the thoughts people have about this place!

What happened to Dentari? Also, could one of you guys very kindly explain the process of how people get into the Federation Executive Office? I'm sure there is many people that would like to be a part of the FEO one day.

Dentari has stepped down, although I suspect that was after this comment was left. As for getting into FEO, my own personal thoughts are that it is by putting in time to the UFP, taking on a CL5 role and showing an exceptional level of dedication to the role, as well as an ability to carry out tasks independently, not to be told what you need to do but to do it. Look at a problem and find a solution, if you need help with that solution, get more people involved!

There is currently a strong lack of leadership from FEO. It seems that some individuals have no desire to do their jobs, yet refuse to stand down.

I hope you will see change by next quarter on this point!

Trump for President! Make the UFP great again! Or has it ever been great? I don't know honestly, cause ever since I've been a member there's been a lot of issues with FEO. You had Mikester92 the deceitful, Bondgadget the corrupt, Sharpkiller the isolationist, Lynxmukka the businessman, Chris the self-rightious, and then Dentari the do nothing. The only FEO members that seem to care about the UFP is Jordan, Jonathan, and Three of Seven.

Sharp, Chris, and Dentari just don't seem to bother anymore. They don't interact with members (well I suppose you could count calling people idiots in community meetings is a form of interaction) or do anything in the UFP. Don't get me wrong that's completely fine, but at least have the decency to step down from your positions if you don't feel like doing anything. Give the presidency to someone who cares and want to move this community forward.

TrumpSC would be a good president if we had a larger Hearthstone base, unfortunately, we do not, so I'm not sure he would be best suited. I'm not going to make comments about past and present FEO members, nothing good can come of getting drawn into such discussions! But discussions in FEO did happen and we came to a decision, you can read the outcome here. I can assure you that I am someone who cares deeply about the community and will dedicate my time to move the community forward, with a revitalised FEO team!

FEO has improved over the last month, and I hope they continue to improve.

One simple question - where are you? Seems like, apart from three members of FEO, that no one is around. Feeling a little annoyed that half of the UFP's leadership is not around, and yet still hold positions. Surely more active members should be given the opportunity to step up and lead the community. I love the UFP, but it feels like FEO is letting the community down by not being as active as they may have been in the past.

I think this is something you will now have to judge by the changes that have been made, please do tell me what parts of the UFP you love as well, if there's anything we can do to make those parts better, I would like to know!
