    Hi,

    I found out that I was removed from the fleet. I didn't receive any notice, I log in every day, and I don't think I missed a roll call. Can someone assist? Thanks

    Hi Mako,

    We do have you down as not having signed the September & December Roll Calls, which under the UFP means that you are removed as an inactive member. This will also apply to any in-game fleets we administer as well.

    Roll Call notifications are emailed to your primary email address that you signed up to the UFP with at the beginning of the month when Roll Call is activated, which is every 3 calendar months. Even if you login to your game account and are active there, that does not prevent Roll Call Removals.

    Roll Call happens at the beginning of March, June, September and December. The ability to sign roll-call lasts for two weeks, and you would be prompted to sign it if you went to the forums at any time in the first two weeks of those months.

    If you wish, you can reapply to join the UFP, it will be processed quickly and you can then request a fleet invite back into the fleets.

    All you need to do is visit the forum every 3 months and it pops up on screen, so March, June, September and December, those are the months that roll call opens, for 2 weeks from the start!

    Check your account settings to make sure the email address you have on file is correct. Next, check your junk mail settings to make sure UFP messages aren't marked as spam.

    If all else fails, put a reminder on your calendar for the last month of every quarter. [emoji106]
