See I don't work on TMR due to takes way too much time and I suppose money if you let macros run using lapse. I don't feel safe using macro as well; they really need to put in a macro like they do for their other game Brave Frontier if the want these TMR. Now if I had a well developed team like everyone else I probably could go through content like it was nothing. I don't even touch Chamber of the Fallen due to this haha. If I'm struggling with story no way I can do those. Don't get me started on Arena. There is so much I hate about that.

Huh, no Ariana & Exdeath for dual cast lightning chains, eh? Well, there's a guaranteed 5* pull coming out, as well as a free 10+1, and some other anniversary goodies. Might tip the scales.
I use the free TMR farming macro on MEMU when there's nothing going on (like right now). Just got Vanille farmed up, working on Sazh now.
Sadly, there's no Def/Spr breakdown on the wiki, but I notice he's only immune to petrify, and otherwise vulnerable to things like Paralyze. I'll switch my companion to Fryevia. Her Ice Age will give everyone 70% Ice Resistance, which should help survive his Blizzara and Blizzaga, though she's natively at 90% so you may not need that. You can use Toxic Rain instead, and if she can land a Paralyze on the Flickering Presence, you should be good.
I'll have to switch to an event character tomorrow, but after the King Mog event I can switch back to Fryevia if you're still stuck there in the story then.

Story been going good since I beefed up some other units to 6* Gearing them up is a bit slower though to get numbers like you do haha. Whatever character you share they always do double attack and massive numbers. Wish I could do that to be fair to you haha.

Gratz! I pulled a 2nd Ace, not sure what to do with him. No other 5*, needed my 2nd (and last!) 4* ticket to get Rikku.
Tidus is meh, anyway. He only chains with himself, and only if you use a macro because his animation is too fast.
King Moogle's counterattack pushed my face in, wipe in 2 turns. Think I'll just farm ELT...

The trick to the Counterattack is to... not try and beat it. 
Well, for me anyway. I went in there, cast three spells (for the challenge) then used Rikku's Escape to flee. That counted as a "win", giving me the moogle and the two objectives. Won't get the "summon esper" bonus, but whatever.
