My only suggestion is that they make an effort to be sure those who sign up to lead events are either there or notify members they cannot attend the event.
Begotten: Like Tain suggested we can looking into improving it by having someone else take over the event or post somewhere in game that the event is canceled.
Tain: We strive for everyone to have perfect attendance, but life can get in the way. I will look into improving the communication when an event is cancelled.
Very welcoming approach to new community members, especially the personal contact.
Begotten: Our events are particular welcoming to new members, and new players to get them started with the game.
Tain: New members are very important to the future of our community, we are always happy to welcome them!

Begotten: Although I'm online a lot I don't engage much with the STO community because my interest in STO fluctuates and there are other parts of the community that I'm active in, Fortunately STO keeps changing so I'm sure at one point it will peak my interest again to play on a daily basis.
Tain: He is kind of like Batman, pops up when you least expect it
