Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm pleased to announce that thexpl0r3r will be assuming the role of Executive Officer of Starfleet Holodeck.
The relationship between a CO and XO is something that is different for every division and for every pair of officers. The thing that all of them have in common, however, is mutual trust and respect. In Holodeck's case, the CO and XO are far more like equal partners than a superior and subordinate. thexpl0r3r is an dedicated officer that I have the utmost confidence in, and someone who I hope to be able to work with for a long time to come.
