    Training Manuel

I am having an issue in the game where I have trained my character but I am unable to have to more than two slots available or even to see the new skills that should be available.

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. I wish someone can either help me here or speak to me on team speak. I would like to apologize in advance if I am not so clear.

    Thank you.

    Hi Danny,

Are you talking about your characters specializations? I.E. Pilot, Command etc..

If so, you get a primary and a secondary. You can add points to the others, but won't get the benefits unless you specialize in them.

Just in case the question is about Bridge Officers:

While every Bridge Officer can learn as many abilities as you like via Training Manuals, they can only have one ability of each rank selected.
So each can have one Ensign, one Lt, one Lt Commander, and one Commander ability selected.

When you assign BOffs to a ship, the seat determines which of those selected abilities are available.
If you assign the BOff to a Lt seat, then only their Ens and Lt abilities will be available.
If you assign the BOff to a Lt Cdr seat, then only their Ens, Lt, and Lt Cdr abilities will be available.

For Specialization abilities (such as Temporal, Intel, Command, etc) the seat needs to be of a matching Specialization for the ability to be available, otherwise it will be grayed out and inactive.
