Could you please explain (in detail) what each member of FEO does? What their responsibilities are for example.

The following is from the FEO Handbook, describing what each role does.

FEO Position Duties

General FEO Duties
All FEO members are responsible for their own areas and can do as they wish for their area, just ensuring they inform FEO as to what they are doing where relevant, staffing is also the responsibility for each individual FEO member. If they have idea outside of their area, they should bring this up for FEO discussion and possible vote. Any FEO member can petition the Fleet Admiral to call a vote on the removal of another FEO member, the name of the FEO member will not be released by the Fleet Admiral, but a discussion will be held, for all parties to have their say, followed by a closed ballot. All FEO members must act in the best interest of the UFP.

Fleet Admiral
Responsible for the direction of the entire of the UFP, the position holds the rank of Fleet Admiral, which is removed upon leaving the post (reverted to Admiral). Ensuring that the entire FEO is working to the best interest of the community, can call a vote on removing an FEO member at any time, however the FEO member in question will have the opportunity to defend themselves or ask for representation.

The Fleet Admiral is elected by members of SFC and is held directly accountable to them, a motion of no confidence may only be triggered by SFC, during the vote and discussion, the title of Acting Fleet Admiral is assigned based on the order of this list. If the vote is successful, a new vote for a Fleet Admiral is held, if unsuccessful, the title of Acting Fleet Admiral is removed and incumbent Fleet Admiral retains office.

Vice Fleet Admiral
The Vice Fleet Admiral is appointed by FEO majority in the same way SFC appoints the Fleet Admiral, should FEO feel they need a Vice Fleet Admiral. The role will mainly to be assist in the duties of the Fleet Admiral, ensuring a direction is pushed in the best interest of the community. If the Fleet Admiral is away on leave for any point, the Vice Fleet Admiral will carry out all the assigned duties. The Vice Fleet Admiral is awarded the rank of that name, which is removed once they step away from the role. A member of FEO who holds this title can hold any additional title too.

Head of Community Administration
Responsible for writing the rules of the community, ensuring that members behave in an acceptable manner and maintain order. Often, the Head of Community Administration will be the mediator for any arguments that arise within the community and look to reach an agreement between all parties, as required.

Head of Community Gaming
Ensuring that all supported games within the community are run to an efficient manner, as well as continuing to monitoring new games that could be supported, or if current games are still as popular. Trying to keep gaming in the focus of the community, keeping things within events fresh and ensuring that the interest of members is met to the best they can.

Head of Community Development
Focusing on the activity of the forum, Starfleet Academy and overall member participation in the UFP. The Head of Community Development has the broadest remit of all postings, they should be investing their time in finding out what the members of the community want the most and working with other FEO members to see if those things can be achieved.

Head of Technical Services
Responsible for maintaining all servers owned by the UFP and backing up everything of importance, as well as developing new functionalities or making changes as requested. The Head of Technical Services can also provide input into if something is possible or not, while trying not to just dismiss ideas for no reason.
