My thread title is the title of the Email I received today. The prize is a code that awards the T1 Constitution, a large XP boost, and free gear requisitions from levels 10 to 50.
I already have the T1 Connie from the temporal agent starter pack, a large xp boost does my level 60 toons no good, and of course the gear requisitions are the same. So I am going to give the code to one lucky winner just for the asking. I would prefer that it goes to a new(er) player that actually needs it. I don't think I really needed to say that as the people here who don't really need it are more likely to be giving stuff away than asking for stuff they don't need....but I said it anyway 
I'll make a random selection from the people who ask sometime over the weekend and send a PM with the code, no set time as I have no set time I'm online just sometime over the weekend.
If you know someone in UFP that needs it but probably won't see this post in time, go ahead and "nominate" them and I'll add them to the random selection.

Not only does UFP already have a means in place to do a random selection, they will be much better at making sure the maximum number of people have an opportunity, much better than my idea.
Filled out the forrm out and gave the code to UFP, so someone with the ability can you go ahead and close this thread ?
Oh, and I read article 10, I guarantee I have not used the code so if it doesn't work, it's Cryptics fault......I just realized that when I donated the code, I forgot to put in that the email says the code is valid until December 31, 2017.
