    In TNG, at least very early TNG, wasn't the "skant" uni-sex? Wonder if the skants in STO will be unisex...

    Are skants even considered 'canon' for uniform sakes? Smile

    One thing I will say, is that those interiors are very nice. When they put the effort in to do nice ones, it does show.

    I kinda agree...to me it kinda just looks like Feds decided to try and rip off the Nor class station designs with bad results

    Sort of. Almost all the characters wearing them were female, but then there was this guy:

    Who, looking vaguely like Vladimir Putin, really doesn't have the build for it, but nonetheless rocked the skant with a, "Don't care, wanna fight about it?" look on his face. As far as I can tell, the only name ever attached to him are variations on "Skirt Guy."

    Hate the skirts. Looks kinda crap imo. Discovery uniform though is quite cool, they have got a good uniform - considering it is prime universe, it really should be in STO.

    The Klingon/Romulan skants are obviously just the skirt and jacket so they've fudged that a bit but the Discovery uniforms do look to be spot on. That probably means we'll eventually see 25th Century versions of the ships too as the licence agreement allows Cryptic to lift anything that's not the Kelvin Timeline easily.

    Honestly it's better than nothing, I figured it would be just another in a line of many things were RR and KDF get shafted.

    I think it's kinda cool to get a matching skirt with the RR jacket now Big Grin
