What is the reasoning behind not slotting colony provisions until T5?

- The higher tier provision projects giving the most number of provisions for similar contribution requirements
- The goal to not slow down the levelling of the colony with less XP low tier provision projects, as that also reduces to time to acquire high tier provision projects

The colony in general is a time & resource - gated struggle, I'm sure that obvious by now to everyone.

Ok, I see a fleet provisioning bonus among other things unlocked at higher tiers.
I still think it might be useful to add some provisions while we wait the next six days for tier 4.
Keep in mind this isn't a personal request, as I currently don't have anything I want from the colony, but others might.

Recently someone has slotted the Colony T4 Upgrade which was a disaster for my plant progression of the holding.

It depleted our resources of Batteries, and it is important that it can recover for some time to at least 50K.

The biggest problem is that we are going to need an absurd amount of provisions of the upcoming projects and it could be between 350K to 750K provisions per row.

I hate to ask the members of the Fleet to grind anything, yet we should all be working to get Battery/Luxury/other thing each day we log in.

The only way I see for that is simulations - and I've been doing them lately. 20 minutes - 2100 each. Do it for 3 hours, that's alot of contribution to the coffer. But you need 20 man full groups to achieve this. Failing/not finishing it till lvl 30 makes it pointless tbh.

The starbase project addition now allows to dump all prisoners received via admiralty. It was a project which was suggested by a member and now has been implemented!

I just discovered this and once I log in I only do one full set then continue playing I know it is very little but it is something and it really doesn't take that long to do considering I usually and playing this game a few hours aday
