Too Many Consoles - Need some advice

Hello friends!

I have a question and would like to hear your thoughts. I know there is likely no easy answer here but general thoughts would be appreciated. I have so many universal consoles filling up my bank at this point and many of them seem interesting to me but I can't decide which ones to use in the slots I have available. I would love to hear your opinion on these consoles and which ones you think might best benefit my build.

Notes:
1. Playing on console but I believe we have the same space balance patch as on PC so everything should be basically the same
2. Fleet Arbiter Battlecruiser - AP Beam Boat build
3. The 4 tactical console slots are filled with Tactical Locators so that only leaves 7 other slots (2 Science and 5 Engineering)

Here are some of the ones I'm considering (need to pick 7):

EPS Flow Regulator (+95% power transfer rate)
Sustained Radiant Field (+12% all weapon damage and part of set with Radiant AP beam)
Crystalline Absorption Matrix (+17% AP Damage and Energy Resistance)
Polymorphic Probe Array (+25% AP Damage)
Ablative Hazard Shielding (nice emergency damage absorption and shield heal)
Plasmonic Leech (I know it's been nerfed but still decent?)
Timeline Stabilizer (weapon cycle haste)
Assimilated Module (with KCB if needed)
Temporal Disentanglement Suite
Trellium-D Plating
Resonance Cascade Modulator

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

These consoles are a must have:

Plasmonic Leech, Timeline Stabilizer, EPS Flow Regulator a Conductive RCS Accelerator Mk XIV [EPS] would be better

Are nice to have:

Polymorphic Probe Array, Crystalline Absorption Matrix, Sustained Radiant Field

The rest of the consoles are rather mediocre, if you have Lobi get the Bioneural Infusion Circuits

Not true, some console are better depending on the build of your ship. The console you mention here are the one use only for DPS and the meta of Star Trek Online. It took me long to get the PLasmonic Leech and i was able to create nice build of ship that could make 40K dps with it.

True that some console need to be review and get better.

True that some console need to be review and get better.

I choose the consols based on the information he gave me:

1.) Fleet Arbiter
2.) Antiproton

He is going DPS and on this basis I gave him my recomendation.

Thank you, this is helpful. I have been looking for an RCS Accelerator EPS but they are insanely expensive on exchange. I am level 15 in engineering school so I can craft them but only like 10% chance for UR which is needed for the EPS mod.

You'll want to get to level 20 before you go and build the RCS Accelerator. It's a level 16 minimum build. Even at level 20, you might want to have a catalyst or two in your hip pocket, just to be sure.
Also, peruse this article (3 years old, but still) to go shopping for VR DOffs.
