Do you have anny suggestions for substitution of the three science consoles used since as a mostly free-to-play player I do not have access to those consoles?

Unfortunately no-where near as neatly laid out as yours but it is almost exactly your build including Duty and Bridger officer powers (not the actual races All are Very Rare in quality though, my two tactical officers are Human, engineering are Vulcan and Saurian and science is Nelan Exile) only with these substitutions:

If you are in a fleet replace the Auto-Targetting Modules with:
