Why the Terran Core over the Spire Core?

There is no particular reason, I was experimenting with different builds on the ship for example draining when I used the Terran Deflector for the 2 piece bonus and simply have not changed the core. The Terran Core can be however helpful in situations were you are constant in Red Alert.

What are your thoughts to use the Proton Stabilizer?

The two piece bonus buffs the Gravimetric Photon Torpedo Launcher and you get additional CrtH.

What is the ships PTR?

With this setup 371,68%

Is Miracle Worker secondary for survivability? If not, why not use Strategist?

Miracle Worker, gives you a CrtH buff when using a heal, and adds a lot of resistance to the ship.

What's the idea to use Anchored?

Very simple, Anchored is a 20% Cat2 All Damage Boost, so you fly to the Flank of a Transformer, Cube.. sit there and deal a ton of damage.

The downside is that you loose a lot of your resistance doing it that is why I have so much resistance on the ship, and since I am pulling 99% of the time the agro in PUG's I need it.

Indeed, they are a remain of the Meta used before S13, I will probably replace one of them with a Nausican for the Pirate Trait for more DPS.

It is for sure an option, and a free one but than giving up a weapon with perfect mods for 5% haste I am not sure if that is worth it.

Man, I'd forgotten I had guides written up and linked in my signature. I think they're horrendously out of date. Heck, in the intro it refers to a character I hadn't actually touched in years as my main.

I'm only really talking about builds again because a recent reddit discussion prompted me to update my ship, causing me to research and temporarily update my knowledge in very limited fields (as in all the stuff that was relevant to me).

The update managed to net me a personal record of 92k, even better than before the revamp! Yet my heydays of being one of the top DPS guys in UFP has long since passed, with some folks regularly getting 100k as their minimum.

My signature image is out of date too, it says "Three years at UFP" but my join date (as can be seen in the little side thingy next to the post) shows I joined back in 2012.

Hmm. I think the Trilithium should be considered.

At UR, the mods are [Acc] [Arc] [Dmg]x2. Even if it were re-rolled, the [Acc] would be replaced with ... [Dmg]? It's almost in-line with a re-rolled BA at UR. Frankly, I'm a proponent of Omni-Beams as the time-on-target offsets the lower damage/shot from not having a beam in use from the rear weapons. Having said that, If the goal is to keep all epic gear, then it's understandable this is not used now.

Also, the console to get the set 2-pc for the haste (with extra Flight Speed) has EPS, Hull cap and regen. Making this epic just adds more bones to the ship. I mean, EPS is DPS, right?

For this build, I'm believing the Trilithium-laced weapon 2-pc would be worth it, even if it may add 1-3% in DPS.

I did runs with the 2 piece Trilithium Set on the ship at Mk XIV Epic and the runs were not bad, but the Omni Beam simply is not needed I have all my Beams and the Torp firing all the time.

In the end it is personal preference if you want to use these items do it.

You know, I posted that, then went to play and really looked at my gear. Then I switched a few things around and something is not right ... and I have a weird feeling it's in the guns.
