    Put in a ticket 5 days ago and just got a response.
    Too bad they gave me the wrong one. So ticket still open.
    The humble pack gave me a Borg Romulan Female engineer.
    The one they gave me Federation. I got that one from The Amazon pre-order.
    If they put up the Romulan one in the C-store I would spend the 500 zen and forego support altogether.
