Always nice to see someone using the Excelsior!

Here a few points I noticed:
- Why the Preeminent Warp Core? I think, an Elite Fleet Plasma-Integrated Warp Core from the Spire would serve you better.
- On the BOff side, I would upgrade RSP from I to III and use AtB I instead of III in your Commander Eng station. Also, Rally Point Marker could be upgraded to II with downgrading AtB to I in the Lt. Com. Eng station.

This brings me to the main issue I see:
You do not seem to use any Technician doffs. This says, your AtB powers will not do much for you. You can grind the B'Tran Cluster doff chain to get three very rares. Doing so, would bring basically all your powers to global cooldown. I would say it is the most obvious solution on an engineering heavy cruiser like this.

Excellent T'Tan. Well since this post I've decided to go for the Fleet Elite Warp core so that's one off the checklist sorted. Does it matter if its a normal Elite Fleet warpcore or one of the new Colony ones?

I will definitely change around my DOFF slots tomorrow. Going to spend some time having a good play around with the build, but I'll certainly take your advise on the BOFF ability's for sure.

Is it true that you can also complete DOFF Personal assignments for extra passive boosts?

Haha honestly you totally should. I didn't realize how glorious she was until I saw that Thomas the Cat at Cryptic was updating the model. When it was released on Holodeck I got out my dusty Resolute class and upgraded her to the new updated model. That did it for me really, and that's the reason I decided to go all out and invest in the advanced fleet version and Im not regretting it.

I'll post my 4inch Gameprint pics of her sometime in the week too.

She will indeed, having had the T5 Advanced Cruiser build and the T5 Fleet version for years she has seen the coming and going of quite a few rivals in lockbox ships etc and always go back to her in the end
Going to chuck a few Sensor linked Phaser Double Beam Banks on her and her Fleet version ive just bought and go Red Alert mark hunting..

Awesome stuff. I debated the Sensor Linked phasers for quite sometime. When I went to equip my Fleet version I noticed I had some Undiscovered pulse phasers that I hadn't tried, so I equipped them on my build. After watching her fire them off and then maneuvering well enough to use cannons, I decided to go against the odds and try out an actual true heavy cruiser/cannon build. So far (with a little help from everyone here) so good.

Yes, join us ha! Do reckon if we had a fair few players in the fleet that fly an Excelsior as their main, we could get our own UFP achievement to unlock. Like "Bucket of Bolts" or "The Great Experiment" for being proud owners of the T6 Excelsior? Haha I'd love that.
