    Hello there, AlexThomas!

    Welcome to the United Federation of Planets! My name is Lt. Commander Murdak and I am your RSO (Recruit Support Officer). What's that you might ask? My job is to help you get settled within the community and help you with any questions that you might have.

    BASIC INFORMATION

    First off, We have a mandatory roll call every three months, It is a simple and effective way of letting us know who is still active in the UFP. When roll call is active, a forum notification will appear when you login to the forums. You will have 14 days to complete the roll call. The next Roll Call is in [next current Roll Call month]. Keep in mind that you do not have to be active in Star Trek Online to remain a member of the UFP. We have many members whose gaming interests change over time.

    COMMUNITY SUPPORT CENTRE

    If you're curious about other areas of the UFP, you can visit the Community Support Centre, located here. You may find the answers your looking for there. If not, then you can always contact me if you can not find what your looking for in the Community Support Centre. I'm here to support you as much or as little as you need!

    If you wish to join one of the Star Trek Online fleets, or another of our supported titles, you just need to submit a Fleet Invite Request. Be sure to follow the invite instructions carefully and monitor your request thread for errors. That’s it!
