I just wanted to make a quick introduction thread here. I'm excited to be invited to join this community as I get back into the STO universe. I'm very new to the game. I have limited previous play time and did not get very far before my old computer crashed and left me adrift in space. I am a truck driver so I don't always get to be on every day and sometimes disappear completely for a week or two at a time as when I go home I very rarely game at all so I can dedicate all my hometime to my wife and kids. I really look forward to getting to know everyone and could certainly use any advice and guidance you have to offer in how to progress in STO. Feel free to ask me anything you want to know about myself. I'm a very easy going person and don't really hold anything back. I think that's about it for now. See you all past the next star!

Great to have you. I completely understand those long breaks to spend time with family. If you find that you need a long break you can always submit a leave of absence. I'm sure you will catch back up quickly.
