I'm Luca, a third year Criminology student working to become a ranked police officer, a very hardened Discord server owner/moderator, and an old STO veteran. Way back when, I was in the council of The Second Starfleet, that counted a thousand and a half members. I have recently decided to pick up the uniform again, and although I preferred to start a new character in order to familiarise myself with what changed in the game, I am well on my way to have a decent setup. No way anyone can give me that sweet Borg build I'm going for anyway, I have to work for it myself. @seapanda01 recommended me to join this fleet, and after looking over the website I do believe the standard is excellent, and I would love a chance to protect and serve the Federation.
